    Tricky question. I think you're thinking correctly, but it's not for sure. We still have about a year left here until we move.. but JAX is a big chance...
    It really depends on what pilot slot FI gets when we are checking out (they get ranked when leaving the squadron, and that ranking kinda tell them where they can go).

    Yeah
    BIG plane base. We could end up there if he goes the instructor route.
    FI isn't a big fan of the place, but I kinda liked it when we visited last month so I wouldn't complain.

    We really like the Jax base, and that's where we were hoping to get stationed when we ended up coming here.  After VA we are hoping to either get to Jax or back here to WA.  

    The Jax base is awesome.  I know if H got stationed there though it would probably be at Mayport though, but it's close enough.

    Yeah, I really liked it there while we were visiting.. Kind of a strange lay out of the city, but I am always up for a new place to explore. The base was very nice as well.. It's not our most IDEAL place for his career but it's still a GOOD place for it. We won't know until halfway into his next deployment, honestly.
    Where is Mayport? I would really like to live east or south next. I wish we could get stationed in San Diego.. That would be my *dream* station.

    I can drive up to Jax!!!  Or, you know, you all could come down to Miami.

    I really really really hope we get stationed in San Diego at some point!  We both love it out there!  We actually just found out that we're invited to a wedding there in March, so that'll be a nice treat!

    o0o0o0o G2G fun :) We still have a while until we make it that way though.

    I'm envious... I want to go to SD />_< We are leaving for a backpacking trip to Rainier tomorrow and then roadtripping it down to Monterey... which is beautiful, but just not the same :P
