Carnation Help Please :)

Happy Monday all! I need some advice. What flowers would look great with Carnations? Our wedding is in September and our accent color is dark purple. We are goint to use deep purple carnations for our centerpieces and decor, but we want to mix it up a bit with another flower. Any thoughts? Thank you!

    I think that carnations always look good with roses (that's what I'm doing). I think that they'd also look nice with lilies, daisies, or hydrangea, which all come in purple shades. I'd try googling "purple carnation bouquets" and look over what comes up. I saw a ton of pretty bouquets.

    my bouquet was green and white hydragnaeus, (sp?), hot 'princess pink' roses, and white carnations. i really liked it. pics in married bio.

    Pretty much anything would go with carnations.  What are your other colors because that will help you narrow down your choices.  I also love stock...great flower, not super expensive and smells wonderful...comes in dark purple and light purple and many other colors as well.

    Peonies look great too but may not be in season when you want them.
