Hi ladies! I've been talking about house hunting here for a bit and we found out this morning that our offer on the last house we looked at was accepted! It's a cute three bedroom in the close suburbs of Pittsburgh. Fully finished basement/game room, 1.5 baths, and AC - something we were not finding in our price range! We have to buy all of the appliances but I think that's a fair trade off for having AC and not having to come in and repaint anything. I'm super excited right now and I had to share!
