Hi dolls, 

I got engaged a week ago and already feeling overwhelmed with people asking me crazy wedding questions that I barely have any idea how to answer. Seems like I'm the anti-bride and my new fiance is groomzila! (Seriously he sends me 20 weddings links a day- ahhh!) 
Anyways looking forward to the community of brides-to-be on here- cheers to everyone!     Welcome and Congrats! And Get that Groomzilla to work! Make the best of it and soon he won't want to do any mor wedding work. Both problems solved! lol

    My registry experience was hilarious... I had just had surgery on my leg/knee and couldn't walk, so I was in the Target "rascal" electric shopping cart... and it went soooo slow. FI took the gun and registered us for some INSANE stuff. Like 3 Bose sound systems. I mean, really?

    You will love the board, if you need anything, we are all here to help and support each other!

    Hiii chicas, just saw all these replies- thanks for the love!!

    Already have some weddings basics down- were doing Destination Wedding in Cartagena next Sept. 2011. Neither one of us is from Colombia, but I fell in love with the location when I saw Vogue Editor Lauren Davis- Santo Domingo's Cartagena wedding featured in the magazine a few years ago.
    Met with an amazing wedding coordinator and we're planning a trip over there in August. To be totally honest, I'm really glad someone is going to do all the work for me over there. heehee

    Groomzilla says we need to start a 'wedding savings account'- NO FUN!!!
