Boudoir Photo Help!!!!

Has anyone taken any boudoir photos for their FI? If so.....where did you get them done at? Did you enjoy your experience? Would you recommend your photog?

I'm currently looking into doing this as a wedding gift for my FI. I've been looking online but wanted to get a feel for what your experiences were. I'm kinda hesitant about doing this kind of photo shoot.

TIA ladies!

I haven't personally (I'm not at goal weight yet), but at least a dozen friends of mine have. I highly recommend Rachael Silvers of Metropolitan Imageworks. She's a really fun chick and my friends all said they felt at ease immediately. http://www.metimages.com/

I think this is SO weird.  I know it's a huge trend....but really, what can you do with those photos?  You aren't going to hang them for everyone to see in your home....at least I hope not!

I feel like they are such a huge waste of money.

I think they are just to remember your hot body and how daring you were "back in the day". I think they sound like fun! Have a good time!

I had my boudoir session done by Laurie Peacock - she was great to work with and highly recommend!

I was just in a boudoir marathon with Danielle Aquiline at Trump Towers last month.  I was a little weird about it at first (and super nervous), but Danielle put me right at ease!  My body is not perfect, but she makes you feel like a supermodel.  After the shoot, I felt like I was hot sh*t and super confident about my body.

And I actually wasn't sure about how my husband would feel about them.  I was wondering if they were a waste too....then, he accidentally found out about it...and he is super excited to see them.  He won't be getting it til next month on our 10 year (dating) anniversary.  :)

And yes, I highly recommend Danielle!

I just got an email from Adrienne Clarisse - a lingerie store in Libertyville.  They are doing a Boudoir Picture Party on November 6th with the owner of Black Label Boudoir.  You have to reserve a spot by calling the store.  Cost is $275 and it includes 30 minute session and professional makeup amongst other things.   I guess call the store for more details.  847-573-8905

Kara Schultz does marathon boudoir sessions every month, sometimes she teams up with Cynthia Sally on these too. Her prices are reasonable, check her out! karaschutlz.com
