Sycamore Hills Golf Club....Thoughts?

I am booked at another golf club for my wedding in September, but I got some information in the mail about special pricing for open dates in 2010 at Sycamore Hills Golf Club.  I looked at the website, and it looks like the regular prices for Saturdays are around $60.00-70.00 per person in "prime season" for dinner and bar, whereas if I cancel my current place (not as nice looking as that club anyway...not sure on food, staff, etc.) they are offering almost 50% off for my date!  I would lose my deposit, but save much, much more.  Has anyone else checked in to this special for 2010 dates or has some information for me on this golf club if I decide to switch?  Thanks!

    We are getting married and having our reception at sycamore on Aug 13th !! :) I LOVE SYCAMORE the staff is awesome! and they only have 1 wedding a night there! and the groom and i think 4 groomsmen get free golf for 18 holes. my FI is going on Sunday for their golf outing :)

    I love Sycamore Hills. I am not getting married there because they weren't offering any kind of discounts or anything for our date, and then we fell in love with Greystone anyway. But, Sycamore Hills is gorgeous.

    I agree with PP. My step-sister got married there in May and had a wonderful experience. They were great with everything! The staff, the decorations, everything was perfect!

    My cousin was married at Sycamore Hills last year and they did a great job.  I would recommend them even more if it's almost half off!
