There's a lot of positive feedback about Retro Bakery and I believe they offer regular sized, oversized, and mini cupcakes.

I second Retro Bakery.  They deliver to anywhere on the strip for $20.  They offer regular size cupcakes (not HUGE) and mini's (roughly half of a regular size)
They have some unusual but tasty flavors and if you order mini's, you have to order them by the dozen but they allow you to choose 2 flavors per dozen.

If you have someone that could pick them up, you might consider Costco.  They would be cost effective!

I third Retro!! We got mini-cupcakes (4 dozen = 8 flavors!) for our guests and two regular sized cupcakes for us---I think the total was around $45. LOVED it!

Yeah, I agree with Retro Bakery. That's who we'll be using for our wedding. :) We tried some cupcakes during our scouting trip and they were delicious!!

We're using Freedsfor our cupcakes.  I'd also check out the cupcakery as well as retro bakery.

You could also look at Cake Designs LV.  They have good prices, cheapest I've seen so far and a lot of options.  Not sure who I will go with yet. I'm still waiting to hear back from Gimme Some Sugar to see what their prices will be. I will look forward to your reviews it will help me decide which one to use.

anyone know if we can 'borrow' a cupcake/cake stand/display from the Mandalay Bay banquet dept., since you have to pay a flat $350 fee just to have 15-20 extra chairs brought up to your room  you might as well get a couple of hightops OR cocktail tables w/linens & some other decorations they have available for that fee.  I guess got no choice but to Make the most of that $350???

A past knottie has used room service tables for extra items.  I am not staying at Mandalay, but plan on using that to display cupcakes in my suite.  Those tables would also be helpful if you are planning on doing a chapmpagne toast.
