Accountability

So what is everyone's plan for eating and working out today?

For me its: 

Breakfast - Coffee (i know I should have more than that)
Lunch - Tropical Smoothie
Dinner - Egg sandwich
Snack - Fruit & greek yogurt

We are headed to the gym for a shoulder workout for our main muscle group and then abs and cardio.

    Good for you, I've eased up on my diet/exercise routine and have stayed right around the 132-133 mark that I weighed at my first fitting because it looked perfect.
    It doesn't have to be perfect to be everything I want!

  • I did a quick arm workout this morning, perhaps will take a walk later.....
  • i hope i don't make anyone feel bad by saying this...but i javen't worked out specifically for my wedding.  I'm in alright shape and have done yoga pretty steadily through my engagement.  I'm pretty slender (although some would say scrawny) as it is so I feel comfortable with the way I look.

    breakfast: 2 peices of toast with blueberry jam, a glass of grapefruit juice and allergy meds
    snack: birthday cupcake!
    lunch: pasta with meatballs
    snack: it's nearing snack time so i will probably have some crackers, yogurt and maybe some gummy candy:)
    dinner: i'm not sure...i'm seeing my fiance tonight
    snack: probably some chips
  • I had my usual 3/4 pot of coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 and pb crackers for breakfast (and snack. I eat three at a time at 8 and 9:30).

    I'm hungry, but I haven't left TK yet to go heat lunch. I will have a light progresso soup. The whole can though, so 160 calories for lunch with unsweetened Iced tea

    I plan on taco soup for dinner. I go all out with sr cream and cheddar and tortilla chips, but only have one bowl.

    I just have to not munch all evening afterwards!

  • FI and I are weightlifting tonight even though it's usually our day off because we've been slacking.  Not sure what's for dinner yet because there's absolutely NO food in our house and we are grocery shopping tonight.  No food in the house = slacking on diet.

  • I haven't done anything for the wedding either!  Other than always getting the ice to refill our icebins and getting all the milk to restock the fridges to tone my arms!  My baristas think I'm a weirdo for being the only manager most of them had to say, "don't get ice!! It's MY job!" haha Although it is a mile and a half between my stores so I'm consistently walking WAY over 3 miles a day (we don't drive our car for fear of losing our parking spot)

    FI is doing P90X and I can only watch before I'm tired.

    I did already foodwise today, but no time to exercise yet, hoping for a long walk after dinner.

    Breakfast: Cup of coffee, banana & light yogurt
    Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, carrots
    Snack: grapes, handful of almonds
    dinner: we'll see, probably salad and fish

  • I typically do one cleanse day every other week. It's for releasing toxins and refueling my body with vitamins and minerals. I do it for my healthy, not necessarily for the way my jeans fit. But leading up to the wedding, I'll be doing one a week-and today it that day. :)

    I take a rest day on my cleanse days. Tomorrow I have a yoga sculpt class planned before my last bridal shower! <3

    I am 5'3'' and  hover around 127-129 lbs and am 23% bodyfat. I''m curvy but have muscle tone, which I'm very proud of and don't want to lose it by dieting down too much. My goal is to only drop two pounds but to drop to 17% bodyfat for the wedding.

  • I had two large glasses of chocolate milk (one for breakfast, one for lunch) and a cupcake. Dinner will probably be grilled cheese pizza sandwich (one of my new favorite things). I cleaned the apartment all day today: vacuumed, laundry, dishes, dusted, and bathrooms. FI and I will probably go play tennis later, too.

  • I try to stick to a really low calorie diet, because my body is seriously good at keeping them around unless I viciously cut back. Breakfast: 1 packet low sugar instant oatmeal Lunch: 1 cup greek yogurt Dinner: spinach salad with 2 boiled eggs and light ranch dressing. I usually walk 2.5 miles for lunch, and run 2 miles at the gym every other night. Might not get to do that today due to wedding errands :

    Lunch: Spinach salad and Greek yogurt
    Dinner: 3 oz. turkey burger and small baked sweet potato

    Workout: Today is my off day!
