My co worker and his fiance were invited to my wedding but since we changed our date to a later one once my FI lost his job to give him and I time to prepare he said he can't attend bc his daughter's birthday is a couple of days after and he wanted to stay the weekend at the location. We're having a Las Vegas wedding, should I still give him an invitation? Our invites are going out in Sept bc of the after holiday costs expenses and transportation but we are trying to finalize our guest list now and trimming people off to save money.
