    I love my doggy! She's an english bulldog and is too sweet for words. She has an endless list of nicknames.. I call her Ham, Velveteen Doggy (her ears feel like velvet), Roxy Poo which turned into Poo Pie Pants.. Sack of potatoes with legs.. etc...ooh and I also call her my little pirate because of the black patch over her left eye.

    We should!! Are there many dog parks in CT?? I usually go to the one in S. Windsor... but they separate the dogs by big dogs / little dogs- and there's never any little dogs so my Chu Chu Bear is always by himself. LOL. I need to find a way to make him dog-friendly.

    jen try the part in wethersfield.  they also separate big/little dogs, but there's always a bunch of little dogs there!  it's right off the silas deane.  we take lucy there all the time...but she goes with the big dogs lol

    I go to one in Bristol it is connected with a nature preserve and birge pond. It isn't fenced in but everyone takes their dogs off their leashes and there are trails and a big field.

    I didn't know there was one in Wethersfield?!! I'll definitely have to check it out with Kuro! Hopefully they'll be other chihuahuas/beagles there!! I reeally want him to get used to other dogs! He's like... scared. He even gets beat up by his two big brothers- two FAT cats. Lol!

    This is Rocky, aka Pupperhead, Pupperface (kind of like that Lady Gaga song "Pokerface", PH, Dogfaceneckheadbreath, Doggerface (FI is the king of coming up with nicknames for him).  He just turned 2 and he is a Puggle (beagle-pug mix, he's more beagle than pug as he is a large puggle (30lbs) and doesn't have as much of a pug look to him, but he has the tail that curls up and the black coloring comes from his puggle heritage) that we adopted from the CT Humane Society in Newington for FI's birthday (November 13th) in 2008.  He was 6 months old when we got him, and we kinda adopted him right out from under someone else who was coming back to look at him.  He is the ultimate troublemaker, but he's our baby and we love him anyway (FI and I don't plan on having children, so our animals are our children hehe)







    Rocky and his BFFL, our best friends's dog Jax (ALSO a puggle, the "other" puggle)




    When we first got him, his first night home, I love how clearly tuckered out he is in this photo <3

    Haha thanks Zoe, I think they are fixated on food/treats (the only way to get them to sit still and look in the same direction of course) lol...everyone's dogs are so adorable....I want another one.  FI wants to get a German Shepard some day.  I want a Sheltie
