Least favorite wedding to-do?

In general, I have absolutely loved planning our wedding. However, there is one big task that is looming like a black cloud over my head.

I really need to make my photo list for the photographer, but I just CAN'T. I think this is going to be the most painful task ever. I would almost rather stab myself in the eye *over and over again* Ugh!

What was/is everyone else's least favorite wedding to-do?

My least favorite was collecting everyone's phone numbers and addresses!! I felt like I was a super sleuth!!

In regards to your least favorite task, my sister is an experienced wedding photographer and she told me that brides to be make too much of a big deal over "shot lists". She said to write down the names of people you NEED pictures with and then let the photog do their thing. A professional wedding photographer knows what "moments" to capture.

TBH, at this point, everything is my least favorite wedding to-do except for my bachelorette and make up trial this Saturday. I'm so over planning, analyzing little details, and pulling everything together. I'm just tired. With that said though, I still have a bunch of little things to take care of - some DIY stuff, last minute arrangements, etc. I know I'll be running around like a chicken with it's head cut off the week before the wedding and I'm SO not looking forward to it. I just want to be DONE and on vacation. Sigh.

I hate making all the schedules and timelines. Ceremony schedule, reception schedule, day of timeline....Boo!!

So far, selecting the bridesmaids dresses was the worst part. Although I'm anticipating that follow-up calls for non-responders and the seating chart will rank up there pretty high.

Can dealing with people be a very vague, but big one? Weddings bring out the crazy in people. If I could have just done everything myself without everyone and their mother's opinion (B listing, dollar dance, money tree, honeymoon registry.. the list goes on) I would've probably enjoyed things a lot more.

The guest list was THE WORST! We cut like 30 people and still overinvited by 40. It's working out now though, since lots of people are saying no, but I was really holding my breath for awhile there. I'm also not enjoying the lack of RSVP cards in my mailbox when they were due yesterday and we still have 50 outstanding.

The stationery is also rough for me. I'm doing individual cards at each place setting for the guestbook (I'll scrapbook later) and I'm just really bad at deciding how they should look. Ditto this for the programs and timelines.

running down people to RSVP..what a pet peeve!!!!! that was the worst thing for me. it was like a daily task for about 3 weeks...Just give an aswer already!!!!!

also doing the seating plan..i thought it was going to be a breeze..its turning out to be a thorn in my thigh

Printing out the direction card inserts!!! My printer ran out of ink, the paper kept jamming, and I had to feed it one paper at a time, which hurt my back. Complete pain!

Trying to contact everyone to know if they'll be there or not. I'm still waiting on 11 people.

Beyond that, I really dislike writing out the checks.

Trying to get everyone's RSVPs in. They were due today and I still have 17 people I have not heard from! They are not responding to emails/calls!!! So annoying!
