Unwanted pest

Ewwww, so there's a rat in my house, and I haven't been home for 2 days. My husband is trying to catch it, and he says it will be easier if we aren't there. I had a horrible dream that the rat had babies and there's millions of rat babies running rampant in my house! I think it came in from underneath the sink from the pipe hole. Hubby said he heard some noises down ther a couple of days ago. Now we're at MIL house till either hubby catches it or till Friday when the pest control comes. EWWWW!!!

When I lived in NC next to a cow pasture...don't ask...we had a serious mouse problem for a little while.  We would go to bed and hear all the pitter patter of little feet.   we bought a ton of mouse traps and put peanut butter or maybe cheese on it and then all you would hear was "SNAP SNAP SNAP' at night unitl they were all gone.

If you want to catch a rat you need to catch them with some trickery ...They are very smart (the pest control guy taught me LOL)...you need to first put out a trap with some food (like a piece of snickers or cheese or whatever)  but dont set the trap...Then do that a couple of times...then the third time put the same food and set the trap...You should get him that time (see how I called the rat a HIM) anything that gross has got to be a male LOL..
