Tween boys are hard to shop for...

So we're wrapping up our bridal party gifts, and I am COMPLETELY stumped on what to get for an 11/12 year old boy (FI's little brother -- he's a junior groomsman).

I'm planning on getting all the kids one keepsake thing and one "fun" thing they'll actually play with now. Here's what I'm planning:

Flower girl (1 year old niece):
Keepsake: Jewelry box (complete with spinning ballerina!!)
Fun gift: Probably books (she's 1, so toys won't be THAT exciting to her and I'm very into buying kids books) or stuffed animals

Ring bearer (5 year old cousin):
Keepsake: Silver-plated train bank (exciting to him now, keepsake as he grows older)
Fun gift: Probably trains or cars or action figures...you know, 5 year old boy stuff.

Junior groomsman (11 year old brother):
Keepsake: ?????????
Fun gift: Probably video games, or baseball stuff (although we just got him 2 dozen baseballs for Christmas)

Does anyone have any ideas for a keepsake-type gift for that age?? Like I said...I'm completely stumped.
