  Click on "Local Wedding Boards" on the left and scroll down to NJ.  They will have some options for you.  This is an international board.

  FYI: We are actually in the process of changing our marriage license law!  We will no longer have to wait 72 hours.  I don't mind waiting the 72 hours, it's saving us 40 bucks!  The price of the license is going up to 60 something. . .  But I can see how the 72 hour wait can impede elopements!
