Invitations - SENT!

I know you guys have heard me b*tch about my invitations for probably 3 weeks now, so you'll be glad to know they are ALL SENT!

I went to the Post Office this morning and, although the guy behind the counter said I wasn't allowed to hand cancel them myself in NYC, he assured me that when he "has a bit of time later when there aren't any customers" he would PERSONALLY hand cancel them for me

It pays to be nice to people sometimes!

CANNOT WAIT TO START GETTING RSVPs!

Woohoo!! I think these have been my biggest source of stress in the planning so far. It definitely felt good to get them out.

YAY!!!! congrats!!! so happy that you were able to get them out perfectly on time despite your invitation designer issues. I AM PRAYING that we will be able to do the same!!

Yay!! My mom and I are going to work on putting together mine this weekend and getting them out on Monday.

I.KNOW. AHHHHHHHHHHH IT IS INSANE. I told FI last night that we would be under two months tomorrow and he totally isn't phased. I am freaking out!!

Why do the FIs never seem phased? Mine is the same way. Two months is nothing - ahhh!

HAHAHA, this is so my fiance too! I was like, "Is it weird to you that it's only TWO MONTHS AWAY this weekend?" And he was like, why would that be weird?

So exciting! I can NOT wait to be done with our and have them in the mail! I am sending them earlier then I was planning just because I am sick of looking at them!

my fiance kind of freaks out, actually!! I have an app on my phone that is a ticker and he tries to look at it every day so he can continue the countdown in his head. Despite it freaking him out, he still isn't motivated to finish the few tasks I have assigned to him, though.........maybe this weekend

congrats so exciting!!! we decided to send ours out on saturday my mom was happy to have her dining room table back!! Everyone got them yesterday in NJ they were delivered so fast!! I bet out of state people get them today.
