Have you filed a claim?

If you have filed a claim with the BBB, what was the outcome and did you ever have any follow-up from either the BBB or the vendor the complaint was against?

  • What's the issue? Not sure what the BBB can actually do for you.
  • I've filed a complaint before.  A local gym was charing my credit card for months after my contract was up. I contacted them every month and they still kept charging.  I finally had enough and contacted the BBB.  I think I received a few emails from the BBB asking for more details and a few status updates.  I didn't wind up getting all my money back, but the gym finally stop charing my credit card every month.
