Sedona Venues

So, just to make things more complicated, we have expanded our venue search to Sedona.  We are going to see Poco Diablo, Los Abrigados, and Sedona Golf Resort on Saturday.  Has anyone been to any weddings there?  Any thoughts?

    A friend of mine got married at Sedona Golf Resort and it was beautiful!  The food was great!  They had to many people for the venue though, it was a bit cramped, so I would ask them what the number that fits comfortably in there, not just the number it fits.

    I believe Running Mango is planning a Sedona wedding! Hopefully she replies!  Choosing a venue is so hard :(

    We considered a Sedona wedding at Poco Diablo, but in the end decided that organization travel from Phoenix to Sedona for all of our OOT guests was too complicated.  I really like it, though. Good luck!

    Well we saw them all today, and we liked Poco Diablo and Los Abrigados best.  I liked the Los Abrigados location better, but the hotel has some bad reviews as a hotel, and they do not have a wedding coordinator really, so you have to do more yourself.  Amy at Poco Diablo was so nice and helpful, and the site is beautiful too,it just doesn't have the creek.  Decision time!

    L'auberge would be my #1, but it is out of our price range.  We did go down to the creek there just for fun, but our guest list would be too limited, in order for us to stay in some sort of budget.  We are talking abouts staying there maybe on our wedding night, and maybe the night after, so we can kinda feel like it was part of our big day.  It really is amazing there.

    I'm going to a wedding next month at Tlaquepaque!  She is super excited and I have seen pics of the venue and it seems just amazing!  I'm sure it is pretty reasonable because I just know her and money...plus you can bring your own alcohol...because thats what she is in the process of doing right now...purchasing booze!!!
