DOC Anyone?

Is anyone or has anyone used a day of coordinator? There is not anyone at our location to help set things up or coordinate so I'm wondering what other brides are doing...

My location has coordinators....but my cousin used a friend who wasn't in the wedding and had a list all typed up and went over things with her. She helped with pictures, moving things along, and getting everyone in place.

we are definitely getting one because we have a lot to set up and take down and we don't want to do it! Just don't know who yet.
