So I was at the hospital all evening, literally came home just to go to bed. That being said, no workout last night. I also slept in a bit this morning instead of getting up to work out... hopefully when things return to normal my workouts will be back again!
How is everyone doing? Any weightloss to report?

Anyway, I have a teeth whitening treatment for the wedding and it's totally helped eliminate my dessert-eating habits simply because I have a whitening tray in for two hours in the evenings and physically cannot eat. Just thought that was funny... but effective! hah
It's a trick that benefits your tummy and your teeth haha
I am sooooo physically tired today. I've been going hard with my workouts without any "low intensity" days in about 10 days and I"m feeling it. It doesn't help that FI is getting up at 4:15 AM and messing with my sleep!!
I'm still gonna do spin at lunch but tomorrow will def be yoga (and a nap haha)
