I get a call this afternoon from Mom and this is the conversation..Mind you I'm driving

baby umm your accommodation cards are messed up..
What you mean messed up?
The hotel addresses are switched and one of the phone numbers are wrong too
Ma what are you talking, switched, number wrong?

I've pulled over now and panic sets in because I know I checked rechecked & checked again how could they be wrong?!

Ok mom what are you talking about the hotel info is not wrong
baby I went online & google the hotels and everything is switched around on the card. I corrected my card.
OMG..please go to the website & check to see if the info on the card matches the website.
Everything on the website is correct
I copied & pasted, I double checked, Oh my God, Oh my God..How in the world am I going to fix this
Calm down, I'll handle my people since your out and about, call your MIL and have her handle her people, the youngins have internet and you did put the website on the cards

Child, Sh88 happen. It's not like the date, venue or year is wrong...it will be okay, plus you have the website on the bottom. Everybody will figure it out.

I feel like such an idiot (bangs head on desk) that this has happened. I still can't figure out how the info got switched around. I don't believe I was this careless Ugghhh

What would you think/do if you recieved a accommodation card that was screwed up?

((hugs)) As a guest I would be confused for a hot second, but then I would go with the website you gave on the card and then the one on your website. If I was super confused, I would just call you. So expect a few extra calls.

To be proactive, can you place something on the front page of your website to talk about the hotel and its address? This way, its's right there.

Deeeeppp breaths! Mama has got it covered! Honestly with internet I would be heading online anyway to see what each hotel looks like and booking that way, not just from calling the number on the card. I may be confused for a minute if I happen to look back at the Accommodations card but eventually I will figure it out. She's making calls to give everyone a heads up so you will be fine! It's ok!
