  My MOH is also pregnant.. she will have the baby 3 months before my wedding (Due in April.. my wedding in July) may sound a little odd, but I asked the bridal shoppe what they thought as far as measurements. My sister (MOH) puts on weight in her pregnancies very quickly so this could have had something to do with this, but they told me to measure her right then, at the time she was about 10-12 weeks along.. she seemed to be doing some kind of math with it.. like take away about 10 weeks per month after the birth (mind you, my bm's dresses are very forgiving so this could figure in too who knows) so 2 months after the birth = 40wks- 20wks= 20weeks.. so maybe get her measured when she is around 20 weeks pregnant. I would ask your bridal shoppe for advice on this.. they were great with me. As far as what kind of dress, yeah, she probably wouldn't have been thrilled if i wanted her to wear a skin tight dress but the dress i chose for all four of my girls is kinda more flowy but still slimming.

  I suggest you the JenJenHouse. I look from their reviews that you could give them the belly size, when have you been pregnant and when will be pregnant and they will make the right dresses for you. You could also talke more with them about this on their website.
