familiar with Complete Music DJ?

I'm thinking about using Complete Music & Video as our dj (http://www.cmusic.com/) apparently they are a national chain. But I wanted to post to the philly section because it's different people in different areas.  Anyway, anyone around here familiar with them at all??

I need a DJ under a 1000$ and they offered me 700$ (100 discount off the usual 800 package and no travel fee cuz it's a sunday) for up to 5 hours. i thought that sounded reasonable.  yes? it's a small wedding (75 guests) outside... i don't need anyone crazy but i don't want an amateur either.  their reviews looked good online but they're national reviews.

anyway, any opinions would be great (or other under 1000$ dj recs!) thanks.

    I've never heard of this company. 

    Give DJ's Available a call.  They were under $1k when I booked them a year ago... not sure what their current rates are.

    I used them and have mixed feelings on them. The owner was great before the wedding but at the actual wedding I was not happy with them. We were supposed to have 2 DJ's -- one for the ceremony and one for the reception but we only got one. The DJ started playing all of our dancing music during dinner and when H went to talk to him he didn't understand what the problem was. He hardly played any music from our must play list. However, I will say that everyone was on the dance floor all night long and had a great time, but I just wish the songs I actually wanted to dance to would've been played when they should have and not while we were eating!

    I booked Fred Alvisi (VIP DJ)for less than $1000.  I don't know how he is yet but we felt really comfortable with him.  I had talked to Mike with Complete for video and thought he was nice/helpful  but have no idea about the quality.  Def. look at Wedding Wire or Weddingchannel for reviews too.
