mexican food caterers

My fiancee and I want to serve buffet-style Mexican food at our wedding.  Does anyone have any suggestions for restaurants/caterers?

I recently attended a casual backyard wedding, which held 150 guests. The bride and groom used Maudie's Cafe. They did the typical chicken or beef fajita buffet, where you dressed your own plate with whatever garnishes you wanted and rice and beans, and all the fixings. It was yummy! I love this restaurant, and must say that the buffet catering service, offering hot delicious dishes, tasted just like they would at the actual restaurant. I am unaware of pricing, but because they are small and local, I am very supportive in throwing an investment their way, rather than a larger chain business.

The catering staff consisted of two younger women, who were very helpful and professional. One consistently replenished the warmers, while the other kept the buffet area organized and tended to trash picking, properly disposing of such wastes.

I think these guys are worth a try, being that they are reputable and delicious!

Taqueria Arandas on Burnet advertises catering. THeir food is simple, but really good, and a good price. We eat there all the time, and I imagine the catered food is probably a step above the norm.

We're doing fajitas as well, but we're going with our in house caterer.  We also looked at pappas catering, which is super yummy, but a little out of our price range.

Curra's! They're my favorite Mexican restaurant in town and they do catering.

Ok, I change my vote to Curra's. I forgot about them since the Burnet location closed, but the few times I went there it was awesome!

I really like Curra's! Has anyone ever experienced their catering service? I'm just wondering if it's as high quality as what you get in their restaurant.
