Need recommendations for wedding cake vendors

Hi, I'm getting married in June at Cascade. This past weekend, my fiance and I attended a bridal show at Cascade where we sampled a few cakes from the bakeries that were there. We really liked Emerald Bakery, and DiSorbo's Italian Bakery was pretty good. 
Does anyone have any feedback on those bakeries? I looked at Yelp reviews for Emerald (the one in MIlford) and reviewers weren't too kind to my disappointment and surprise.
I am wondering what other bakeries people recommend. Thank you

    We used J Cakes (North Branford) and I definitely recommend them. Our cake was delicious and beautiful.

    We are also using J Cakes, but Julia's Bakery in Orange makes a delicious cake.

    We used DiMare pastry shop in stamford and greenwich. The cake was included in our package so I didn't really choose DiMare specifically, but our cake turned out delicious and I got the most amazing feedback. Several people said it was the best cake they'd ever had! I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to any bride.

    Our family absolutely loves DiSorbos! Their son Steve does a lot of the creative work, we did the canoli cake for my two sisters showers!! Amazing you won't be disappointed!

    Dont get me started on Julia's Bakery!!! Although their cakes are decent, their delivery guy took flowers out if my SIL centerpieces to decorate her cake bc he forgot the roses back at the shop!! When my MIL confronted the store they made it seem like no big deal, POOR customer service!!
