that there is something dead in my office. There is a horrible smell and I don't know where it's coming from. I know we have mice and now I'm freaked that maybe there's a dead one in here somewhere! EEK! And the caretaker is on vacay today...I don't really want to find it but I'm tempted to look around. So, how should I go about my mouse hunt and how is everyone's day thus far?

I totally agree with Katanne's post. But if you can't do that atleast eat all sorts of chese, Cheetos, Macaroni and Cheese,cheese and crackers (and pour yourself a little bit of wine to go with it).

FI had a mouse problem and he got his extermination crew aka Kitty. They will keep the mice out. But you need to have a cheese party and if vino is involved, who's to complain?

I was actually talking to my boss earlier and we've decided that we need to get cats. We work in a building that is over 100 yrs old (old rectory building next to the church my charity is rebuilding) and we need some help! So in the spring we're going to get 2 kitties! wo0! No more mice!

Creepy Mouse Story:

I was helping my mom redo the living room in her house one year. We pulled all this wallpaper down, and decided to stop for the day. If anyone hasn't ever removed wallpaper, it's a PIA and leaves a rough glue residue on the walls. So we're sitting there watching TV and see this mouse scurry across the floor. So we start moving furniture, trying to catch the little sucker. I happen to look up, and the mouse is clingling to the wall above the mantle. It could climb the freakin' wall because the surface was rough enough.

Yeah, we were up until 3AM removing wallpaper glue from the walls.

Noelle - Mom and I had a mouse climb this old family quilt (dad hung it on the wall 'cause it's too fragile to use anymore...too old!) and get stuck at the top. He was just sitting there and he wouldn't come down b/c the cat was there but we couldn't catch him! Those suckers are wily!lol
