Hi, Yes. I have lost 25 pound in two months i start on Jan 8th. I went on a low gi diet. which is very similar to the south beach and its great atleast for me it has been. i have been on countless diets and i can honestly say this by far has been the easiest one cause i don't feel like i'm missing out. The biggest change is the carbs ofcourse no white carbs and no sugar. I'm dominican so every meal most of the  time has white rice so that was a big change, so what i did was changed to brown rice with my rice and beans and now i drink a min of half a gallon of water a day i try to get as close to a gallon as possible. My biggest withdrawal was ice tea( lipton) i was an addict, lol but it made a big difference because  when i calculated how much i was drinking in ice tea, it was around 700 cal a day, i know it makes me sick and uh to think about it what a waste of empty cal. anyways there is also some fruits that you can't eat like pineapples, mellons etc because they have to much sugar.

    thanks sweetie, i have a long road ahead but i keep on looking at the big picture my health and ofcourse awesome wedding pics!!!!!!!!
