I'm pretty sure FI will want to use our wedding pics for Christmas cards next year because we're getting married over Thanksgiving weekend, so it will be really recent. I'll hide the password to the pic website.
I like the idea of Santa hats, though. That makes it cutesy and not "hey look at my wedding pics again", IMO. (not that I think that's your attitude, Kristi)
Personally, I would rather get a Christmas card with a picture inside it, rather than one with your picture on it. It's a little AW to me, and not really Christmas-ey. And, if it were a picture I would want to keep, I'd probably feel silly displaying a christmas card come Eastertime.

If you do this I will love you forever. If I got a Christmas card like that it would put a huge smile on my face.

My sister does this! It makes me gag. This is awful, but both her dogs died this year, and the only upside was that I thought we wouldn't be forced to another Olan Mills fake fireplace pet shot with stupid letter. ETA: the letters aren't in the dogs' POV, but they do detail things her dogs did all year that are human-specific. WTF?

I love sending Christmas cards. Love it. We typically have us and the girls on the card. This year we are going to use an engagement photo. I can see next year us using a Wedding photo.

I'm not sure, but I'd wager that there will be kittens, a tree, gifts, and maybe a moose. maybe
