I need a dj!!

I am looking for a fun dj who is going to bring some life to the party but isn't going to play techno club music or the chicken dance.  Any suggestions? Also, is $500 an unrealistic budget for the dj?

    You may be able to work out a price close to that amount with DJ Hudas. He does great with staying true to your music requests. His contact info is:

    We used Atomic Entertainment. Patrick is the DJ and Monica is his wife. She helps a LOT with coordinating, so you almost get two for one with them. We also wanted someone who would bring the life to the party, and they successfully accomplished that. They give you a worksheet to fill out prior to the wedding where you can request certain songs, and you can also request that they DON'T play certain songs. They are absolutely phenomenal. Our guests absolutely loved them too.

    And I do think that $500 is unrealistic if you want someone good. I think for about $500 you may find someone to push play on their computer...but you want someone who really knows what they are doing in case something goes wrong with the music. It's worth it. Afterall, what's a wedding without the music??? :)
