Escort cards! or escord card inspiration photo. I'm at a loss and I can't think of anything cute or creative to do.

We are using picture frames which will be set out on a table during the cocktail hour. Each couple will have 1 with their name and table assignment. Actually this was my mom's idea and I thought it was cute too! Pic from the website where we ordered the frames below:

We are using a frame FI painted blue, I put purple ribbon on wire through it, and we are making vintage style escort cards.

Luggage tag manilla style tags we bought at office depot,

Making them look aged with distress ink (I don't like the whole tea dying thing)

using a stamp on it to deocrate it

replacing the string with blue ribbon

I am doing the something similar as COS. I got two big frames, took out the glass and covered styrofoam poster board (forgot the real name of it). I covered that with quilt batting and fabric. I made my own vintage tags out of card stock with a paper cutter and some scrapbooking supplies.

I'm also doing something similar to the first two girls, taking a large frame with wire across the back, and I made these clothespins to cold the escort cards, which will just be printed on cardstock.

I bought a bunch of fake sand dollars and I'm going to attach the place cards to them and tie them with either a pink or green ribbon

We're just doing regular tent fold cards- at this point I'm trying to keep things simple and easy. The hydrangea image is the image we used on our invites, and we're printing them on ivory linen cardstock that we used for the invites.

I'm only doing place cards. They will be made out of cookies. But, they will be in two shapes....Martha's Vineyard and a lighthouse.

They'll be packed like this and I'm considering putting their name on the cookie. But I was going to make name tags and attach them with blue ribbon

oh yeah, the family's name will be attached under the bicycle in the blank space... we just finished our seating chart so that's next on the list to do.

I'm doing a scanverger hunt type thing with different vintage floral patterns cut outs on ivory escort cards with clothes pin on string on frames. haha since it's hard to invision, here are my pictures but nothing is put together yet. =o)

What mine is looking like but not done yet. The white long piece of paper will be a rustic twine and the names will be written in on top of the piece of flower paper.

There's 16 different flower paper patterns and 16 tables. =o)

Mine's in my siggy. It's a bed of moss in a tray and we'll have wire curly Qs sticking out that will hold the escort cards. Fits our rustic-earthy theme and was surprisingly easy to make!

We're doing a seating chart - made a chalkboard out of foamboard and chalkboard paint... hopefully it works! (we have a "teacher"/"school" theme going - we're both graduating teachers college right now and love teaching)
