Getting in Shape

Bridalicious Boot Camp Video

It's P90X in a pretty pink box!  OMG, my knees are killing me.  This will probably be the best thing I purchased to get me into shape but with all of the lunges, squats & jumping that you do .... if you have bad knees like me then it's going to be TOUGH!

Hopefully my kness will adjust and this purchase wont find it's self on ebay trying to be sold. Wish they would've explained more about the exercises on the website.

Oh well .... gonna keep it going!

Re: Bridalicious Boot Camp Video

  • I didn't find it to be anywhere close to p90x but yeah... totally knee tough but easily modified.  Here's my review:

  • I found that if I did the modified, beginner version of the things that required jumping, my knees didn't bother me. I've had knee problems all my life and surgery twice. That seemed to help tremendously. I didn't even jog for the butt kicks - just kind of did a backward march, if that makes and sense. It's still a GREAT workout and I definitely feel it the next day!
  • Knee braces? Ace bandage wrapping? Glucosimine and chondroiton? Is it an injury or like arthritis?
