has anyone heard or read about health warning when traveling to the DR?
I'm wondering if anyone would warn against it with the unfortunate cholera outbreak in haiti? I would be most worried about food preparation.

    dominican republic has sealed border. i wouldn't worry too much especally if yuo're going to the other end of DR from haiti-like p cana.

    I vacationed here a couple years ago and I wasnt concerned but i dont think their were specific health concerns back then.  Are you staying in an all inclusive because they take extra precautions with food than some of the city restaurants might.  It is an amazing place though if you do decide to go youll enjoy it!  If you have any questions PM me.
