For anyone who hasn't seemy convo with gpapale, this is about Hey Lady shoes. I never put this much thought into shoes, so I'm getting frustrated.
So I got the biggest
Prenopes, and they were actually squeezing every toe except my big one. Plus, I wasn't crazy about the shade of purple, so they're going back.
I know the Prenopes, by what Jessica told me, are probably one of the worst about sizing, so I should be ok with something else. I'm just having a hard time picking. The most "logical" choice would be the Knotty Girl (
click), but I'm just not convinced I'll get much wear out of those after the wedding.
These shoes have been growing on me.

The lace detail kind of compliments the embroidery on my dress, these shoes have an understated/classic look (like my dress), and I can definitely wear these multiple places after the wedding. Plus, my engagement ring actually has a 1ct black diamond in the middle haha! I'm thinking of maybe adding a clip to the front to soften it up like below. I've considered adding bling - but I think that the bling and the lace would compete.
My main concern is, well, I'd getting black shoes for my wedding outfit. It seems kind of weird. What do you think?
