HELP me find a BARTENDER!

Hey ladies,

I just signed a contract with a venue that allows you to bring in your own alcohol AND pick your own caterer. The only issue I have now is the wonderful, cheap, all-inclusive caterer I found does NOT supply a bartender!!! I need 1-4 bartenders that carry liability insurance/workmans comp....HELP!!!!

Is there like a "rent a bartender" company I am missing? Do bartenders that work in bars have their own insurance? I am clueless. I don't want to lose this caterer, and I don't want to find a whole new venue because of this little hiccup.

    There are a couple of bartending schools in Ohio....maybe you could get some instructors?

    We are using http://www.bourbonstreetbartending.com/welcome.html. EXTREMELY resonable pricing and services with plenty of liability insurance. Our wedding is coming up in September, so we haven't personally experienced the service, but he's been very responsive and professional so far.

    I agree. Call your salon and specify the type of hair you have. If you're getting curls it might not help to straighten your hair either. I've noticed when I've straightened my hair and tried to curl it maybe the next day, it doesn't hold very long at all. Your hairstylist will know what's best for your hair type and style you're getting :)

    Thanks guys. I don't know why my name has Cincinnati under it, because under my account info it says "Ohio-Columbus" I am getting married/having the reception in Columbus! Blah! I contacted the "burbon street" guy anyway, just to see if they travel or know of a similar company in Columbus!

    I am writing vendor reviews right now, but before I do, I would caution you against Ohio Event Bartending.  I did not have a great experience with them for my July 29 wedding.
