castle hill brides

hi ladies im getting married next may at castle hill ..... i would like to know if eveyrone is having good communcations with  their wedding coordinator, how strick are their wedding policies and are theyy flexable with allowing you eveyrthing that you want ....

    hi there, i've been working with marie cuccia and she's been wonderful. she's super responsive and i'm pretty sure i get emails back from her on her day off too! they've been really flexible with us throughout the process although we haven't requested anything out of the ordinary either. we did ask if we could get the bridal suite earlier on the day of and they could not do that.....but other than that I think the process has been great.

    as far as their policies we didn't run up against anything that was an issue for us so we didn't really need to push back on anything.  they've been flexible within reason for us.

    I know they just lost a wedding coordinator recently (she was supposed to be ours and is no longer there) and they have an opening for that position.  I'm sure they are going to be super busy until they fill that opening.  we've loved working with marie! i hear nancy is wonderful too.

    thanks .... what time is ur wedding trying ... mine will start at 2 but its impossible ... for me to check in at 2 .... so i think its redicilous in that sense ... am i suppose to walk dwon the asile with my luggge i dont see wha 15 mins will make for a check in time .... makes no sense .... ... i think i told u before but i booked them for an inidan wedding and now they are telling me they cant accomadate the whole indian ceremony ..... im not sure whats goin on ..... good luck on ur wedding

    We've worked with Nell, and she (and the others there) have been great so far.  I'm not sure how flexible they're able to be with check-in time for the suite because, if there's a wedding there the night before, they'd need time to get it cleaned up after the other guests leave.  it's not a big deal for me because our ceremony won't be until 5:30 or so, but if you're having a daytime wedding, that's another story.  Talk to them, I'm sure they'll help you figure something out!
