Punch recipe..surprise party update

Fi is very fond of his boss and she of him so, I cracked his email not really, I've had the password forever and got her email address. I sent her an invite via email message. I asked her to pass it on to whoever she know he is close with at work...... She sends it to ALL THE RESIDENTS.....then says "if there is anyone else in medicine or pediatrics that u think would like to go, please let them know".......OMG!!!!!!!

Now the budget changed..... Uhhhh the cost of the food liquor now!!!! So, I decided that for liquor I'd make two punches and serve beer. That should keep it cheap and stretch the liquor. I just need 2 punch with liquor recipes

I'm hoping any of u ladies could help me out on that one.

    ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE

    Mix 4 oz Cruzan Light Rum
    1 oz Cruzan Pineapple Rum
    1 ½ oz orange juice
    A dash of grenadine Pour over ice in a highball glass, stir, garnish with an orange slice and a cherry

    or

    BLUE CARIBBEAN

    1 oz. Cruzan Light rum
    1 oz. Blue Curacao
    1 oz. cream of coconut
    2 oz. pineapple juice
    Garnish with a pineapple wedge and Maraschino cherry

    Al the leftover liquor yu have at home and add punch. Kill two birds with one stone. LOL

    Also you can do beer and wine. It will cut the cost down as well.
