Bridesmaid Dress Alternate Options?

So a couple of my bridesmaids and I have been out looking for dresses. We have gone to a few shops and last night we came across this dress:

The two bridesmaids I have been shopping with LOVE this dress more than any of the other ones we have seen. I like it too however the top layer of the dress is a sheer netting/mesh type material and I am very nervous that it will snag on something.

Has anyone come across a dress that is similar to this by any designer that maybe has a different material as a top layer such as chiffon? I know they are out there cause I feel like I have seen them but now I cant remember where.

Check Jim Hjelm Occasions. I've seen a few dresses like this by him and they have a chiffon layer.

Unfortuantely I haven't seen anything like this....it is gorgeous btw....but I don't really think snagging will be too much of an issue considering how many things really bruch against your chest/collar bone? I'd tell them to skip a necklace but I feel like that goes without saying. The only things I could see catching there would be nails or an engagement ring but I can't really think of why those would be around that area. Maybe just treat them to manis just in case haha. I really wouldn't stress about that though if you love this because in murphys law any dress could get caught on anything so no dress is safe in that case. My BM dresses have pockets which certainly could get caught on a doorknob or something in an awkward moment but they are fabulous so I didn't let the possibility stop me.

Here are a few from Jim Hjelm. He makes lovely dresses and you can get them for really inexpensive prices via Pearls Place or RK Bridal. They ship to you and are authentic.

As PP said, though, I wouldn't worry about snagging either.

BTW, that style was one of my forerunners! It's so classy!

I have a lot of chiffon dresses. The only time they snag or pull is if I have shoes that have beading or rhinestones on them, or if my bracelet has a point on it.

David's Bridal has one just like that. I'm not seing it on their website, but I tried it on in December. There were also two at Macy's like that, one was very expensive (more than $400) and the other was in the mid-200s. I think at least one of them was a Wtoo Watters dress.

This one is pretty similar, I had wanted my BMs to try it on but we are going with a different designer. That dress is gorgeous though & I don't think you should worry about snags too much either.

My bridesmaid tried on a jim hjelm one sort of like that, but the top was made of tulle, and it was really itchy!

They have this one, which is sort of a similar look.

It also reminds me of the one we are getting for my bridesmaid's wedding. It is one of those multi-way dresses, but the shoulder they like is one of the options. We are getting it from VS instead of Dessy because it is way cheaper!
