Tipping - traveling hair/make-up

Has anyone used Salon Maison? If so, what did you tip? I know standard is 10-20% in a salon but I'm not sure how these ladies work since they aren't a "salon" where they have to rent their chair, etc.

I gave my hair stylist $40 for a $200 bill. I think 15-20% is fair.
