Casual Buffet

I am looking for a caterer who can provide a casual, custom buffet next year.  Does anyone have any tips?  Ideally it would be a company that is willing to honor a somewhat odd cuisine combination, i.e. Mexican food on the same buffet as sushi.

    It depends on your budget, honestly. For something custom like that, I can't imagine that it would come super cheap. But the caterer that I'm probably going to go with makes every menu custom, so I don't think that they would have any problem working with what you want. They're called Spice of Life (spiceoflifesa.com) They start at about $16-18 per person.

    Another company that has great food is Absolutely Delicious catering and they have Mexican and sushi stations on their online menu so I would think that they could combine the 2 for you lol
