I posted what I was considering for the menu a week or so ago, and was told to up the appetizers and provide an extra entree. Here is my revised menu, would this be adequate?:
Cocktail hour:
Open bar, beer and wine
chicken fritters
ginger shrimp
baked mushrooms
veggie quiche
Lunch:
Two carving stations: Ham and Beef
Tortellini with two sauce options, one alfredo and one marinara with breadsticks
Mac and Cheese bar
Caesar salad
Dessert:
Cake
cupcakes in a jar these are the favors, which will be left out for the guests with plastic silverware nearby
