Is there anyone who has used/is using one of the following caterers:

Sterling Affairs
Austin Catering
An Affair to Remember
Royal Fig
Courtney's Catering

And, if so, do you mind sharing what you paid per person and what all was included in the price (servers/linens/flatware/etc?)

These are the only caterers permitted at the venue we want, and I'm just not sure if it will fit into our budget.  Thanks in advance!

    We used Austin Catering and love love love them! They also catered my sister's wedding and my parent's anniversary party, and we had consistent fabulous service with them every time.

    I can't remember our exact price. But It was in the lower 4,000 dollar range. This included everything. All of our linens, tables, chairs, flatware, and china, bar tender, servers, food, drinks (non alcoholic) and coordinating fee. This was for 70 people.

    We did have somewhat expensive food choices. We had a fruit and cheese appetizer and the main course was made up of salmon, chicken, orzo pasta salad, ceasar salad and a veggie tart. I think in the itemized list of our cost breakdown, our food was 20 something a person. They definitely had cheaper food options.

    Thanks for the response!  It's good to know they have cheaper options, since I'll have about twice that many people, but I don't want to spend more than 6K on food.  I'll try reaching out to them for a quote.

    I've heard great things about Austin Catering, but so-so comments about some of the other ones on your list.

    I am working with Royal Fig, and they have been great!  I have friends that have used them and they come highly recommended!!!

    Thanks guys!  I've reached out to both Austin Catering and Royal Fig for quotes.  I'm probably going to go with whomever is cheaper, honestly.
