Old Ocean House Farms/Apple Tree Farm

Does anyone know anything about the Old Ocean House Farm (now the Apple Tree Farm) in Cape Elizabeth? I saw them listed on the Black Tie Company's website, but we're not looking for catering or a reception - just an outdoor ceremony somewhere nice and in the Portland area. They look beautiful but I know nothing about them. Anyone know anything??

    I believe this is one of the places that is only through black tie company. I had the same issues because I was looking for something similar but I believe this place had a contract so you can only use it if you're going through black tie co. Good luck.

    I am not sure of the venue your looking for but I did look at but here are a few orchard type venues for rental only.

    Clark's Cove Farm in Walope, they charge $4000.00 for the venue rental only but it is beautiful and open. http://www.clarkscovefarm.com/weddings.html

    I also saw the Beach Rose Farm in my search but did not get any detials.
