  If you really want a super deal find a local culinary school and post flyers advertising some business. these people are desperate to find business and build a portfolio.  they will be super cheap and they will have the experience. 

  
  

  flowers... make them yourself by using artificial flowers or have somebody make them for you.  they will last longer and look just as nice.  you can't tell the difference with some silk flowers. they aren't hard to make either.
