An ex co worker of mine told the ENTIRE office a few months ago that her mom died...yes DIED of cancer and that her husband left her. Right after she told us she disappeared for a week and eventually got fired for no call no show. Well a week or so after she told us this story I noticed on her fb that NO ONE wrote any kind of condolescences on her wall or any of her family's fb. So I got to thinking that maybe it wasn't true. About 5 days after that she was back with her husband. Yet she told us all that she pawned her ring and got a lawyer before she left. Every since then her statuses have been about her waiting on her husband to get home and how she has dinner for him yada yada. Yesterday,she finally got caught in her lie. She posted that it was her mom's birthday and how she is glad that her mom is STILL with her! Yes, the same mom that DIED back in March! I still can't believe someone would lie like this just to get attention. It more importantly pisses me off that she LIED to my face without hesitation!

    That's disgusting. Especially if her mom really is sick, to say she died when she didn't is just ridiculous. I would unfriend her so I don't have to be bothered with her stupidity anymore.

    Oh I did and her mom does have cancer...mayber idk no one does anymore. That's a whole other level of crazy

    One of BM's dated this sleazeball while we were in college. He used to stand her up allllll the time and one night he stood her up and used the "my dad died" excuse. We ended up catching him in his lie because went to his moms house one night to find him and she was like "oh he's out with his dad". We were like..."uh, what..?" So busted. I just don't get the crazy.

    I would try to find a way to get in contact with her mom and tell her how happy you are to hear she isn't dead like her dear daughter told everybody. It's such a relief to know she hasn't lost her battle and is still fighting strong. Something like that.
