Looking for ideas for a small / intimate venue to host ceremony and reception.  Max 60 people.  Looking in DC area, Annapolis MD and South Jersey.  Need ideas please :)

    Catering by Uptown has a place they just converted (first wedding is this weekend) called The Anchor Inn.  It's in Pasadena, just a little out of Annapolis.  It's waterfront, with a covered area for outdoor weddings in case you want to do both wedding and reception there.  Check the website www.cateringbyuptown.com, but don't pay too much attention to the photo of the place - they haven't updated it since they started the conversion.

    Take a look at the Historic Inns of Annapolis.  They have 2 venues, one for small events only and another, larger space which is flexible (atrium, terrace and ballroom) and can accomodate bigger events.  Even though we're having a "small" wedding (60 max), we chose the larger space and will use the terrace and atrium only.
