Venues with full-service kitchen

A family member has offered to do our rehearsal dinner but we need to find a venue with a full-service kitchen. Most places I've found only have "staging kitchens." Anyone have any suggestions? HELP!

    Will your ceremony be at a church that has a kitchen in the basement? Is there somebody that lives close to your rehearsal location that would be willing to have it in their home?

    Just an unfortunate FYI... it's going to be extremely hard to find a venue that not only will have a full kitchen, but one that will let you have an (I presume...) unlicensed caterer use it. That's just a HUGE liability land mine that not many places are going to touch. Furthermore, if places do let you choose your own caterer, chances are it's partially because they didn't want to invest in a full professional kitchen.

    So yeah, ditto tpender on church meeting halls or a family member's home.
