Return address

I was wondering how everyone is wording there return address. Did you use both of your names ? Just yours for your family and vice versa ?

  • We used my parents return address cause they are techincally the ones sending them out since they are paying for everything. But I just got a std with the brides full name then grooms full name with their address

I am putting just the last names:

    Brown & Bowling
    123 Whatever Street
    Cincinnati, OH 55555

But I also had personalized envelope sticker seals made that match my invitations that read:

The Future Mr. & Mrs. Bowling

ETA: Those aren't really the names obviously if you've seen me on Facebook.

  • I don't have one of the STD (postcards) and for the RSVPs we'll probably just address them to me.  FI and I are moving in together (maybe sooner than I thought!) so it'll be that address and putting both our names is really long.  We're not a family yet so I don't want to word it that way (though I could see doing that if I had kids or even a pet).  So it'll probably be my name and our address.  It's not like FI is going to track the guest list anyway...
  • We left off our names and just put the address. We live together and we're paying for everything outselves.

I think just the last names are a great idea. Thanks !! We do already live together so the one address with two last names would work nicely. We are the only ones paying also.

  • We live together too, and will just be doing first names on the return address, but possibly "The Future Mr and Mrs" on the actual RSVP return envelopes. I have actually been using my new last name for a lot lately to get spouse benefits at his work events!

  • I actually just ordered our save the dates last night! Theres a groupon special that I used. On the return address label I just used both our first names and our address since we live together and are paying for everything ourselves. I also ordered personalized envelope seals that says save the date and has our wedding date and on that one I put both our first and last names.

  • My FI and I don't live together but we are paying for the wedding ourselves. Should I put both of our names and my address as the return address on save the dates and invites...we're skipping RSVP cards since we aren't expecting to receive many back?
