I did the tasting rounds and Ill be honest, a lot of these places had really pretty cakes, but none of them tasted that exceptional. A friend of mine told me to go into Publix and talk to them - I was pretty amazed. The manager brought out several samples of cake for me to taste and I was blown away. She told me that designer cakes are made days, sometimes a week or so before the event and Publix cakes are made within 24 hours of the wedding. I havent picked the design yet, but I found my bakery! Seriously, go to Publix and check it out. They are DELISH!
