I'm getting married in Louisville, KY and almost every food vendor or reception site I have looked at charges a 22% service charge on top of the typical per person charge and venue rental. (Plus 6.5% state tax of course) Is this normal? Would I still tip vendors with such a high service charge? I'm really really new to wedding planning so maybe I'm just nuts but this sounds really high to me,
