    Thank the good Lord it was insured!
    But still that was a special ring...

    It happened on Friday I had taken it off bcus we were playing with Play Doh with he's baby cousins and he placed it...on the table in a box and now its gone
    ;'(
    I cried this whole weekend but he is going to replace the ORIGINAL one

    I thought someone died too! In the scheme of things, thank God it was just a ring and not a person, but I am still sorry to hear that. Yea, never takr the next one off.

    That sucks!  Sorry it happened!

    We met with our harpist last weekend who told us a story: The bride was doing her grand entrance at the ceremony and was walking along a bridge over a lake.  She dropped her engagement ring...and it went through the slats in the bridge, into the lake, and was never found again.  So it could be worse!

    Oh noooo.  :(  That is so sad. 

    My grandmother left me a beautiful ring when she died.  I had it in my glovebox in a box taking it to be resized and my car was broken into you and, you guessed it, the ring stolen.  It was such a punch in the gut.  I empathize with you.  :(

    Yes,exactly.It's something that has many memories to it its unreplacable.The original.It's not gonna be the same.
