Final Meeting

The Tide's sent me a letter to schedule a meeting so that I can choose my menu. Is this my last meeting? If it is what things am I suppose to discuss with them? Does any one have a checklist?

    I just went to mine last night. 

    You go through the rooms and fuigure out where everything be places ie cake, gift table, etc. You pick out your menu, cake, and linens. You go through your final payment and you ask for any special requests. They'll also gave me forms to fill out about my vendors and my bridal party like the processional. I looked for a check list but I couldn't find one anywhere. 

    Some of the special requests I asked for was I have a few guests who are kosher to get them special meals, to have food in the bridal sweet, to had an arm available for the hora (I am affraid I'll fall off) and a doggie bag of food when I leave. My hall doesn't allow food out but I know I won't be able to eat at the wedding so at least I'll get to eat a bit at night. I aslo sugjest bring lots of pictures of your cake topper, cake ideas, your flowers and they'll help you tie everything together.

    We are on the same page, I'm starting to get over whelmed. I have work, school, and wedding too!!!
